Product Strategy & Management – Product Manager in Oracle - SCM Analytics.
• Align SCM Analytics Product roadmap with organizations strategic sales play and Fusion Application strategy
• Design Thinking Approach for product design
• Innovation around Products features and functionalities to improve usability of the Supply Chain Analytics, for example integration of Analytics application with the Fusion Applications in terms of seamless interaction as part of business flow.
• Participating in internal Idea hack weeks to provide ideas and working on prototypes with teams.
• Own feature Roadmap for Supply Chain and Procurement Analytics for Oracle’s new product called Fusion Analytics Warehouse and OTBI. Plan with Strategy and Product Management of respective Application team to plan for the technical infrastructure to support Data Warehouse in Analytics solution.
  • Define data requirements from Fusion Applications, Dimensions and metrics and data linkages in SCM and with other pillars like Finance, HCM and CX. Work with Data Modeling team to build a scalable and integrated data model keeping in mind long term features and integrations required.
  • Define KPI’s and Dashboard requirements for Content team to create prebuilt content.
  • Work with QA teams to plan for testing the product features.

Consulting and Presales – Architect for Oracle suit of products
• Successfully led and worked on multi-million-dollar presales deals and consulting projects to implement Oracle products
• Led Architecture designs / study around Applications, Integrations, information systems for presales and delivery for Complex multi–Pillar Deals including flows across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Value Chain planning and Finance
• Accomplished in working on multiple end to end Oracle EBS / Fusion implementations and various upgrades and review projects using OUM and TCM Methodology in Oracle business applications.
